About Our Guest: Dr. Diana Moss is the Vice President and Director of Competition Policy at the Progressive Policy Institute and former President of the American Antitrust Institute (2015–2023). A renowned economist, her extensive career spans antitrust enforcement and regulation across digital tech, energy, agriculture, airlines, telecommunications, media, and healthcare.

Highlights of Her Impact:

• Public & Regulatory Service: Former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) coordinator for merger analysis; testified extensively before Congress, federal agencies, and federal courts.
